What exactly is not working for you? I'll try to help.
Whenever I try to download, I just get moved over to he Mega app. There it just takes me to a page just saying what the file is and an open tab that does absolutely nothing. It also says that it completed the transfer and that I can look at the file, but clicking on it does nothing either.
You should open it in a browser and click download,wait for completing 100% and confirm the download download button is right side of the open in app
